For over 10 years, Mr. Binns has been a leader in all financial aspects at non-profit and for-profit organizations. After graduating from Louisiana Tech University with both a Bachelors in Accounting and Master of Business Administration, Mr. Binns served as Tax Accountant for a Dallas CPA firm followed by eight years as Chief Financial Officer of a Dallas Commercial General Contractor with revenues growing form $9MM to $80MM. Mr. Binns managed all financial aspects and accounting operations functions. Mr. Binns serves as Chief Financial Officer of Astrea Development managing all financial aspects of Astrea and its underlying assets. Mr. Binns is active in the community, volunteering, along with his wife and three sons in Richardson, Texas.
