Over an extensive 20+ year history in the development of commercial construction projects, Mr. Wyatt has worked for and with some of the largest private and publicly traded companies in the U.S.

He started his career with Structure Tone, one of the largest multi-billion-dollar general contracting firms. In his 5-year tenure, Mr. Wyatt managed 300+ projects across the country for clients such as Merrill Lynch, UBS, Fidelity, Cisco, Motorola, and USAA. From there, Mr. Wyatt went on to work for FedEx, Mohawk Industries, G6 Hospitality and Healthcare Trust of America, managing projects, mentoring, and empowering colleagues and staff to meet annual development budgets up to $70MM. Mr. Wyatt has managed projects throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico, Guam, Canada, and Mexico, in a number of market sectors, including financial, manufacturing, industrial, industrial flex, retail/restaurant, hospitality, office, and healthcare. It is estimated Mr. Wyatt has managed over 800 projects in his career with a value upwards of $400MM dollars.

Mr. Wyatt holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a Minor in Math degree from Texas Tech University. Mr. Wyatt, his wife, and three sons reside in North Texas.
